High-Precision Developing Workshop
At our company, precision and reliability are built into every step of our photochemical etching process. Our dedicated developing workshop plays a key role in transferring fine patterns onto materials with accuracy and consistency, ensuring the highest product quality for our customers.
Principle of Developing
After the exposure stage, materials coated with photoresist are processed in our developing workshop. The principle of development is to remove the unexposed (or exposed, depending on the resist type) areas of the photoresist layer, leaving behind the precise pattern defined by the photomask. This step reveals the areas of the metal surface that will be etched, ensuring accurate pattern transfer and flawless detail reproduction.
Controlled Processing
Our workshop is equipped with advanced developing machines that use optimized chemical solutions and controlled parameters such as temperature, time, and flow rate. These strict controls ensure uniform development, sharp edge definition, and the prevention of defects such as underdevelopment or overdevelopment.
Quality & Precision
With real-time monitoring and rigorous quality inspections, we guarantee that every substrate leaving the developing stage meets exact specifications. The accuracy of this process directly determines the precision of the final etched product, making it a cornerstone of our manufacturing excellence.
Commitment to Excellence
Our developing workshop is more than just a production facility—it reflects our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. By combining advanced equipment with expert process control, we provide reliable solutions for industries that demand the highest level of precision.
